ICC provides guidance on Covid-19 procedures

The Presidency of the International Criminal Court (‘ICC’) has published their ‘Guidelines for the Judiciary Concerning the Holding of Court Hearings during the COVID-19 Pandemic’.

The guidelines provide information on physical distancing and Court procedures to ensure hearings, and the staff facilitating them – remain safe during the pandemic.
